Article 1 - Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

1. Website: speedforce.be and any other online platform operated by SpeedForce.
2. User: any person visiting the Website.
3. Customer: any User contacting SpeedForce regarding the purchase, sale, enquiry or viewing of a vehicle.
4. SpeedForce: SpeedForce bv, established in Antwerpen, operator of the Website and specialist in exclusive vehicles.

Article 3 - Scope of Application

1. These Terms and Conditions apply to every use of the Website and to every enquiry submitted to SpeedForce via the Website, by e-mail, by telephone or by any other means.
2. By using the Website, the User acknowledges having read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
3. Any enquiry submitted through the Website is non-binding and does not constitute a reservation or purchase agreement. A sales agreement is only concluded after written confirmation and the signing of the required documentation.

Article 4 - Website Information

1. SpeedForce takes great care in maintaining the information published on the Website but cannot guarantee that all information is complete, accurate or up to date at all times.
2. Photographs, descriptions, specifications, mileage, prices and availability are provided for information purposes only.
3. Typographical errors, inaccuracies or technical mistakes on the Website cannot give rise to any obligation or liability on the part of SpeedForce.

Article 5 - Website Enquiries

1. The Website enables Users to request information, contact SpeedForce or submit enquiries regarding a specific vehicle.
2. Submitting an enquiry is entirely without obligation and does not constitute a reservation or commitment to purchase.
3. SpeedForce will contact the User as soon as reasonably possible following receipt of the enquiry.

Article 6 - Prices and Availability

1. All vehicles and prices displayed on the Website are subject to availability, price changes and possible errors.
2. A vehicle may be sold, reserved or withdrawn from sale at any time without prior notice.
3. Additional costs, including registration, vehicle inspection, transport, financing or other optional services, will be communicated separately where applicable.

Article 7 - Vehicle Information

1. SpeedForce makes every reasonable effort to present each vehicle as accurately as possible.
2. The final condition, equipment and specifications of a vehicle are determined at the time of inspection, sale or delivery.
3. Customers are advised to verify all relevant vehicle information before completing a purchase.

Article 8 - Complaints and Disputes

1. If you have a complaint regarding our services, you may contact us via the contact form. We will handle your request as quickly as possible.
2. These Terms and Conditions and all agreements concluded with SpeedForce shall be governed exclusively by Belgian law.
3. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Belgian courts.

Article 9 - Intellectual Property

1. All texts, photographs, logos, graphics, trademarks and other content on the Website are protected by intellectual property rights.
2. No content from the Website may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of SpeedForce.

Article 10 - Additional Provisions

Any deviation from or addition to these Terms and Conditions shall only be valid if confirmed in writing by SpeedForce.
